As an independent skincare designer, my goal was to create a cosmetic packaging design that conveyed luxury and high-end qualities of the product. The color palette used was white and silver foil, along with an emboss effect on the side of the packaging featuring the monogram of the logo CS. The box was made of mat paper.
The product's target market was individuals with sensitive skin who require effective yet gentle skincare products. The design needed to be visually appealing while also conveying the product's dermato-cosmetic properties.
The emboss effect featuring the monogram of the logo CS added a touch of elegance and luxury to the design. The mat paper box added to the high-end feel of the packaging. Together, these elements created a visually stunning and luxurious packaging design that accurately conveyed the sensitive and effective nature of the product.
This research informed the color palette, design elements, and materials used. I also worked closely with the client to ensure that the design accurately reflected the product's sensitive and effective qualities while also conveying luxury and high-end qualities. The final result was a successful collaboration with this European skincare brand that established itself as a luxury brand.
